Why professional cleaning matters
Clean deeper than the surface.
Carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture collect more than visible dust. Professional cleaning targets embedded soil and staining while respecting the material being cleaned.
◎
Surface Assessment
We consider fibre or fabric type, condition, colourfastness, visible staining and the right cleaning approach.
✦
Deep Soil Removal
Professional equipment and cleaning methods are used to lift dirt, spots and odours from beyond the visible surface.
◇
Fabric-Conscious Care
Rugs and upholstery are treated according to their construction and material rather than with a one-method-fits-all approach.

Rug care
Your rug deserves more than a generic wash.
Different rugs can require different cleaning methods. Alpha’s rug service is positioned around assessing the rug and choosing a suitable approach rather than treating every piece the same way.
Suitable for:
Area rugs · Oriental-style rugs · Decorative rugs · Large living-room rugs · Office rugs · Foot mats
What deep cleaning targets
Built-up dirt, spots and odours need more than surface cleaning.
✦Embedded Soil
Dirt tracked into carpets and rugs can settle below the visible surface over time.
◎Spots & Stains
Visible staining is assessed so treatment can be matched to the material and stain.
◇Odours
Deep cleaning can help address odour sources held within carpet and upholstery fibres.
○Everyday Build-Up
High-use areas accumulate soil and dullness faster and benefit from periodic professional care.
